All tickets must be redeemed by 11:59pm on the date of event you purchased.

If purchasing a Crazy Train ticket, you must be 18 or older. Or bring a parent or legal guardian to sign your release of liability waiver. We do ask for ID before anything is signed. ID in the case of a minor would be legal proof of parent or legal guardianship.
